Idealistically, I would like to get to my pre-pregnancy weight of 131, well 130 really! I don't know if this is possible because my breasts are a full cup size bigger after having my two girls.
I really want to tone up my body. When I look down on the scale, I don't want to see the c-section muffin top poking out; I want to see flat!
I am shooting for a thirty minute work out a day. Who knows, maybe I'll get addicted and aspire for more?!??!!
I'd like to get into a size 6 pants (I'm currently an 8).
I'm going to update my workouts daily, but my weights and pictures just weekly. I think I'm too obsessive about stepping on the scale and will limit that to Monday mornings only.
